GuardCap investment strategies seek to exploit a pervasive, ongoing anomaly in the way equity markets work: that markets focus primarily on the short-term future. They sometimes do not attribute sufficient value to the longer-term future earnings and cash flows of sustainably growing companies. Who we are
Founded in 2014, GuardCap is a UK-based specialist investment business and a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Guardian Capital Group Limited (Guardian), a Canadian-based investment management firm with six decades of leadership in institutional asset management.
GuardCap is best known for managing two concentrated, long-only equity strategies: the GuardCap Global Equity Strategy and the GuardCap Emerging Markets Equity Strategy. Through our relationship with Guardian, we also offer investors access to strategies managed by our affiliates.
Like GuardCap, Guardian has a reputation for putting clients and partners first and delivering results. The teams that manage each investment solution share Guardian’s core values of stability, trustworthiness and integrity, while bringing their own unique approach to the table.
